Any agreement entered into under these Terms is with Zsolt Ventures LLC unless otherwise stated in writing. By using znationglobal.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms govern the website only. Services are governed by the separate written agreement signed for that engagement, which takes precedence over anything here.

Nothing on this site is a guarantee that a named organisation will host or participate in a given programme.
Applications and enquiries
Submitting an enquiry or application creates no obligation on either side. Places in a cohort are confirmed only by written acceptance from Z Nation Global. We may decline an application without giving reasons, including where composition rules would be breached.
Intellectual property
The site, its content, the ZNG name and logo, the ZNG Method, the Readiness Snapshot and the Problem Library are owned by Z Nation Global or its licensors. You may read and share pages for your own business purposes. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially without written permission.

The Readiness Snapshot is an indicative self assessment tool. Its score and recommendation are directional and are not a professional assessment of your organisation. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for a business decision.
