Zsolt Ventures LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as Z Nation Global (“Z Nation Global,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates this website. This policy explains what personal information we collect through znationglobal.com, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.
What we collect
Information you give us. Name, work email, company, role, country and anything you write in an enquiry, application or the Readiness Snapshot. We collect this only when you choose to send it.
Information collected automatically. Where we use analytics technologies, we may collect standard information such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, referring site, and device and browser type, to understand which parts of the site are useful. If and when analytics are in use, this notice and our cookie settings are updated together.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen, and we do not collect special category data.
Why we use it
To respond to enquiries and applications, to deliver services you have asked for, to assess suitability for a cohort or programme, to send material you have asked to receive, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Where the law requires consent, we ask for it and you may withdraw it at any time.
Who we share it with
Service providers who help us operate, including our website host, email provider and scheduling tool, each bound to protect it. Practitioners in our expert network where necessary to deliver an engagement you have commissioned, under confidentiality obligations. Authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with advertisers.
Problem statements and confidential material
Problem statements collected during a Lab, a cohort or a diagnostic are treated as client confidential information. They are never published in an attributable form, never sold, and appear in public research only in aggregated and anonymised form.
Where it is held and for how long
Information is processed in the United States and may be transferred there from your country. We keep enquiry records while there is an active relationship and for a reasonable period afterwards for legal and accounting reasons, then delete them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to request a copy of your information, to correct it, to delete it, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to complain to a regulator. Write to hello@znationglobal.com and we will respond within the period the law allows.
