Is the programme customisable?
No. The themes and core programme are fixed, and dates are announced ahead of each delegation. Specific speakers or visits may change depending on availability.
How does pricing work?
Each announced delegation has one fixed participation fee per person, shown with its dates and programme details.
What does the participation fee include?
It includes all official programme sessions, travel and logistics between programme venues, and meals scheduled as part of the programme.
What is not included?
Flights, hotel accommodation, visa costs, insurance and personal expenses are not included. Travel outside official programme movements is also the participant's responsibility.
What will participants gain from the Delegation?

Can more than one leader from the same organisation attend?
Yes, subject to seat availability. Each place is confirmed separately at the published participation fee.
