Many organisations are interested in AI but struggle to move from broad interest to specific, funded initiatives. This sprint helps corporate leaders apply expert perspectives to their own workflows, data, risks and adoption challenges, and leave with clear priorities.
Across eight live working sessions, participants translate Silicon Valley practice into decisions for their own organisation and leave with use case priorities, a pilot brief and a 90 day action roadmap.

Every core session includes at least two relevant expert perspectives. Depending on the topic, participants will learn from senior corporate practitioners, enterprise technology leaders, AI and data specialists, and operators who have led adoption inside large organisations.
The purpose is to help corporate leaders understand how AI is evaluated, governed, piloted, adopted and scaled inside large organisations. Expert participation is educational and does not represent an endorsement by the employer of the expert.

A two hour workshop and live AMA every week.
The program is a working program, not a webinar series. Participants are expected to arrive prepared, complete the guided exercise and make progress between sessions.
Bonus specialist clinics. The cohort may receive up to two additional group clinics based on participant needs and expert availability. Topics may include AI use case selection, data readiness, technical architecture, procurement, governance or change management. These are group sessions.

If a registered participant cannot attend a session, a colleague from the same company may attend in their place.

How long is each session

Does the fee include private consulting
No. This is a group program. Private advisory support may be offered separately after the program.
Does the program guarantee introductions or investment
No. ZNG provides preparation, expert learning and structured feedback. Participation does not guarantee introductions, pilots, customers or investment.
What is the refund policy
A participant may request a full refund before Session 2 begins. No refunds are available once Session 2 begins.
