Z Nation Global
AI Adoption for SMEs

Bring Silicon Valley AI thinking into your business.

A four session virtual sprint connecting SME leaders with senior corporate AI leaders from Silicon Valley to identify valuable use cases, assess readiness and build a practical 90 day AI adoption roadmap.

Typically suited to established companies with approximately 50 to 500 employees.

The challenge

AI is moving quickly. Most businesses still do not know where to begin.

SME leaders are under pressure to adopt AI, but the market is crowded with tools, disconnected demonstrations and generic training. The real challenge is identifying where AI can create measurable value, what the organisation is ready to implement and which initiative should come first.

01

Too many possibilities

Hundreds of AI tools, but no clear method for choosing the right opportunities.

02

Unclear business value

Experiments begin without a defined problem, owner or measurable outcome.

03

No implementation sequence

Even promising use cases stall without a clear 90 day plan to begin.

04

No access to the right advisors

Few SME leaders have a direct line to people who have implemented AI inside real organisations.

Why Silicon Valley

Learn from leaders implementing AI inside real organisations.

The Sprint brings SME leaders into direct working conversations with senior corporate AI leaders and practitioners from Silicon Valley, for practical perspectives on how leading organisations prioritise use cases and move from experimentation to implementation.

Corporate experience

How AI is evaluated and implemented inside established organisations.

Curated expertise

  • Established SMEs and growth companies

A good fit

This program is best suited to companies that are actively exploring AI but have not yet established a clear adoption roadmap or the guidance to build one.

Not a fit

This is not a technical coding course, a general AI awareness webinar or a product demonstration series.
