Frequently asked questions.
What is US Launchpad?
US Launchpad is a private 90 day engagement that helps startups establish or strengthen their US market position through focused execution.
Who is Launchpad for?
It is for startups with a validated product, existing traction, a clear US objective and sufficient runway to execute.
Do we need to complete Readiness or Delegation first?
No. Startups may enter after US Market Readiness, after a US Delegation or directly following a ZNG readiness and conflict review.
What commitment is required from our team?
A founder or senior decision maker must participate in the weekly execution room and respond quickly to market conversations and next actions.
What does ZNG lead?
ZNG leads market strategy, positioning, target mapping, curated access, meeting preparation, follow through and execution coordination.
Does ZNG become our US sales team?
No. Launchpad is not outsourced sales. Your startup retains responsibility for product readiness, commercial decisions, negotiations and closing opportunities.
Are legal, tax and company setup services included?
ZNG can coordinate access to relevant specialists, but does not provide legal, tax, banking, immigration or other regulated advice. Specialist services and fees are contracted separately.
Are customer or investor introductions guaranteed?
No. Connections depend on relevance, availability and mutual interest. ZNG does not guarantee investment, customers, pilots, partnerships, sales or revenue.
Can fundraising be included?
Yes, where relevant. An investor access workstream may be included after an investor fit review.
What will we build during the 90 days?
You will build an operating foundation roadmap, prioritised opportunity pipeline, relationship map, active next actions and a focused plan for the following 90 days.
What is the Launchpad fee?
Each engagement is scoped individually after the readiness and conflict review. The scope, fee and third party costs are confirmed before work begins.
Can the engagement continue after 90 days?
Yes. Launchpad may be extended if both ZNG and the startup agree on the next scope and priorities.
