How long is the US Delegation?

It is a one week, in person program in Silicon Valley structured across five working days.

Who is the delegation for?

It is for international startups with a working product, early validation and a clear reason to engage with the US market.

How many startups will participate?

Each delegation is limited to up to 12 selected startups.

Do we need to complete US Market Readiness first?

No. Startups may apply directly, but participation is confirmed only after a readiness assessment.

What happens before we arrive?

ZNG conducts a readiness review, develops an access map and helps each startup prepare its positioning, questions and priorities.

What is included during the week?

The program includes curated visits, expert roundtables, market perspectives, positioning feedback, targeted conversation blocks and daily debriefs.

What is the program fee?

The fee is US$4,000 per participant.

What does the fee include?

The fee includes the delegation program, scheduled meals and local transportation during the official delegation dates and agenda. Flights, visas and hotel accommodation are not included.

Can ZNG provide a visa letter?

Yes. ZNG can provide a participation confirmation letter to accepted participants. Visa approval remains entirely at the discretion of the relevant authorities.

Is the fee refundable?

Refunds are available only for a qualifying emergency or if the required US visa is not issued. ZNG must receive written notice at least 10 days before the delegation begins. A 10% administrative fee applies. Full eligibility, documentation and notice requirements are governed by the Delegation Participation Agreement. If ZNG cancels the delegation, participants may transfer to the next delegation or receive a full refund of the program fee.

Are investor or customer meetings guaranteed?

No. Specific conversations depend on relevance, availability and mutual interest. ZNG does not guarantee investment, customers, pilots, sales or other commercial outcomes.

What will we leave with?

You will leave with market feedback, a relationship and follow up ledger, clear next actions and a focused 90 day US market access plan.

Is ongoing US market support included?

No. Eligible startups may separately engage the US Launchpad for ongoing execution and growth support.
